Work on Level 1 (Physical Organization) and Level 2 (Electronic Organization) of the Peak Productivity Pyramid. The focus of all the work done during these sessions will be on building a strong foundation for maximizing productivity.
Presenting an organized workspace has a positive effect not only on your ability to get things done more efficiently, but also on how people judge your performance. Equally important is having a good email management system. Without one, you will realize a drop in productivity, an increase in stress, and a requirement to work more hours.
Peak Productivity Succeed

Work on Level 3 (Time Management) and Level 4 (Activity-Goal Alignment) of the Peak Productivity Pyramid, and maintenance work on previous two levels. At the end of the 6 months, you will feel in control of your days; knowing exactly what you should be working on, when. You will have goals for all areas of your life and know that you are doing tasks each day that are driving you to achieve your goals.
The work on Level 3 focuses on changing habits and behaviors to maximize use of time. The work on Level 4 focuses on goal-setting in all areas of your life, then breaking down these goals into actionable steps. As your accountability partner, we help ensure that these steps get done.
Peak Productivity Thrive

Work on Level 5 (Possibility) of the Peak Productivity Pyramid and maintenance work on previous 4 levels.

During our THRIVE sessions, we will focus on some intangibles that contribute to success and increased productivity, such as discipline and attitude.
We will also explore The Possibility level, which is not merely about setting goals, but really helps you look at your purpose. It gives you permission to dream, to pursue things that you never imagined before. It pushes you to strive for a life lived to your fullest potential. We will explore the Five Es of Possibility so you can take advantage of your improved productivity to do more of what will fulfill you.
